first bush camp for weeks

Day 66 Had to be at the Qantas Founders Museum by 9.30am in rushing we left our cowhide behind (bugger) as this is Russ’s ground sheet and it covers our front if we have to go through water. The tour was well worth doing. They have one of the fist DC3's that Qantas ever flew, the first 707 ever to be bought outside of the US and their first 747 which first flew in 1979. This has used up the morning so down to Barcaldine and found a great gravel pit that we sheared with ourselves and cooked on an open fire.
