We had rain on Sat afternoon and Norma and I played some games in the trailer during the rain. But we did see a few people walking in the rain , looking for those containers out in the woods.
We got up on Sunday to see the sky had a few clouds and the sun was out on a nice cool day of around 75. We did a few cache with some friends on the trails that run behind the campground.
We found a cache where you had to use you batteries from you GPS or flash light to insert in to the container to be able to operate the lights to find the right numbers to open the lock box. That was a fun puzzle cache to solve.
Another container was called 867-5309 / Jenny this is a song that peaked at #4 on the billboard hot 100 chart in 1982. So of course there was a pay phone on a tree in the woods with a container and log sheet inside the phone. We were with some friends who had a teen with them , the teen had a cell phone with him. He did not know what a pay phone was, until his dad told him what was what back in the "OLD DAY"S".
That evening we went out with some friends to do what they call "MUNZEE" it is where you scan QR- bar code like on food packages. These code can be scan with your cell phone. It is like Geocaching , but it all done with you cell phone. It will log all your finds for you.
We all had a great day and now it was time to see the sun set in the west and to all have a seat around a CAMP FIRE FOR OUR LAST NIGHT OF GEOCACHING BEFORE GOING HOME THE NEXT DAY.
