Pegie Douglas & friend entertaining the crowd at Way Park...

Van & Rose were up next...

Fun times at the Beggin' Burro...

Love you honey!

Colorful venue for some good music!

This evening we headed downtown to Way Park for Thursday's 'Singin' In The Hills'. As you may know from previous posts, the Custer Art's Council provides two hours of free music every Tuesday & Thursday at Way Park. Each evening two musical 'acts' perform for one hour each.

Tonight's schedule included songstress Pegie Douglas for the first hour & our buddies Van & Rose Arp the second hour. The weather was perfect & we enjoyed them both very much. Afterward we headed over to the Beggin' Burro Bistro where our buddies the Ramblin' Rangers were performing. There was a nice crowd there when we arrived & we all enjoyed joining in on one tune entitled 'Howlin' At The Moon'...Too fun!

Tomorrow evening we'll be dining the VFW. It's steak night! Afterward we're heading over to the 1881 Coffee House where Allen & Jill Kirkham will be performing. Then on Saturday we're heading to Deadwood for this years Deadwood Stagecoach Days where the Ramblin' Rangers will be entertaining along with tons of other fun activities. Chuckwagon meal too! Can't wait!

Whew, it's tough keeping up with all of the fun activities in this town & surrounding area! But we're doing our best :)
