We had a relaxed breakfast then packed up for the short hop over to Sacramento. It was a busy road and the GPS took us over back roads from the 101 to the 80 which were busy, but, being only two lane, we were able to hold up most of the traffic for a clear road ahead. I am sure there were a lot of unhappy motorists on these roads this morning. We passed the ends of Sonoma and Napa Valleys, and saw the first winery we had stopped at with the tour we did a couple of years ago with some of the CEIF Board.

The I80 was very busy and the other side seemed even busier, with very slow progress. We found the campground and got settled in. It is a good campground, fairly large with a lot of families. The pads are well gravelled, which should keep down the dust.

We had lunch and I set off to find somewhere to change the oil in the truck. Christine relaxed. I was not gone too long as there was a place along the freeway from here which did it quickly. They offered a complimentary car wash at the place next door, but after yesterday's fiasco, I declined to use it.

I returned and battled with the Internet. I am afraid it is very slow and I dread trying to upload the photos.

We read and played games then had dinner and read and did puzzles till be time.

Tomorrow we had intended going to Church, but we do not know service times, etc., so will see if we have Internet in the morning. Later we will have dinner at Les & Eva's, he CEO of CEIF & his wife.
