Bill and Mary Ann's truck camper retirement travel blog

We left Red Canyon since it snowed for 3 hours and headed south toward Jacob lake. Snowed there and forecast was for rain/snow in torreweap where we really wanted to go.Kept driving towards Page az and stopped at lees ferry campground overlooking the Colorado river. A group of high school Indians from tuba city came up to set their campsite right below us but a guy came up and said he had reserved the group site. All the Indians moved their tents to a lower area near the big RVs. We can't wait for the scouts to get here. It's about 40 and spitting rain so we think the poor tent campers are going to have a miserable night.GLAD TO HAVE A TRUCK CAMPER!!!!
