|Woke up to sunshine! I actually wore sunglasses on the short drive to Rhode Island.
It was so good to give and receive hugs from Mary and Ellen when I arrived in Green Hill. A few minutes later, Laura and Ace came home from the beach and I got and gave another round of hugs. Everyone looks happy and healthy - thank goodness.
Sat on the beach for a couple of hours this afternoon. The wind was strong when we first arrived but calmed down after a short while.
We had a wonderful fish dinner tonight. Tom bought a couple of different kinds from the local fishmonger. That's one of the best things about being on the east coast - fresh fish. The second best thing is having it prepared by someone who knows how to cook it and Mary certainly qualifies in that department.
There is something so special about this place. The whole family loves it here - it's a little slice of heaven.
