Exit Glacier

Left Anchorage, headed for Seward. Anchorage is such a nice city. Easy to get around and find places to visit. Did have some more rain overnight, but it didn't take long for it to turn into a beautiful day. Gassed up about 20 miles south of Anchorage, $3.99.9 gal. The drive down to Seward was pleasant, smooth and flat.

We pulled into our next stop around 11:00, short drives are a nice change. Stoney Creek RV Park turned out to be a nice stop. There was a caravan of 23 rigs already there. They were on day 40 of a 59 day caravan. Started in Montana and ends in Prince Rupert BC.

Entered the Kenai Fjords National Park, Harding Icefield, Exit Glacier area and did the hike up to the glacier site. It was quite something to see how much (or little) the glacier has receded over time.

Drove into Seward and wandered around the shops and harbour area. We got some fresh sockeye salmon to do on the BBQ for supper (yum, yum).
