One of the things I love about Port B is picking up sea glass. There's not as much of it St. John's proper, but Port Blandford has a few bits here and there. I've picked up some really unusual pieces that are softened up a bit, and it's fun seeing the treasures that low tide gives.
The drive from Port B to St. John's was raining and not very fun, due to a rain squall.. Today, as I type this, I am watching the fog roll by (which is not something I'm used to, as wind destroys any fog we get in the Midwest).
Today is a take it easy day and a day where I'll be getting laundry done, and maybe some art pieces. It's a long weekend here (Canada Day is the first of July), and with a Fourth of July party (the lad's idea), we're working on a couple days worth of fireworks and fun.
