Hiking UP the trail

We visit Bryce Canyon today to view the colorful spires, fins, pinnacles, and “hoodoos,” which some describe as “red rocks standing like men.” This is an incredible area with trails into the canyons so you can get up close to the million-old giants. We decided to take one of the trails – down a narrow dirt path descending hundreds of feet into the canyon and then up a narrow dirt path (no steps). Catherine counted 8900 steps on her pedometer. It was a “stroll” of a lifetime.
