Today we drove into Groveland which is a little western mining town. It was a neat place to see and we had lunch at "Iron Door Saloon" which is the oldest Saloon in California. Then we happened across a very secluded part of Yosemite called Hetch Hetchy Valley. The drive ends at Hetch Hetchy Dam which contains the water supply for most of San Francisco area. From there we had a great view of the Wapama Falls. Driving into this area you can see all the burn scars from last years fire.
