|B & B above a bar last night, quite convenient actually, dinner was good, we all seemed to have a restless sleep but rested when we woke up.The local men in the pub said it was supposed to be a good today, not. Headed to breakfast around 8 then set of in the rain around 9. Today we walked the moors,in a couple of weeks the Heather would be in full bloom, that would have been so nice, instead we walked through brown Heather and boggy land. The hills were easy . The rock walls are made differently here, the rocks are all flat as compared to the lake district were they were round, quite amazing the difference, still spectacular. Walked in to Kirkby Stephen about 430. Feet sore today, maybe I can get another foot rub from Bonnie. The villages are quite cute and fun to explore but we are so tired from the walk we have not been able to apreciate the villages. Walking through the fields is quite daunting through the cows especially, the are such big creatures. Even though the moors were misty all the way (a little spooky) we stayed to the path and didn't see one werewolf. Dinner tonight at the Mango Tree, tomorrow is suppose to be a tough day about 14 miles , we will see.
