2014 PG Snowbird Adventures travel blog

There were a few deer wondering around, i only had time to...

Nice sunset of course

We continued onto Kingman to find a place to dry camp. We drove up, up, up to the state park, 12% grade, 14 miles. This was not a good decision for us or anyone with a larger RV, we should have unhooked the car. My transmission was smoking hot and smelling. We were tired and did not want to drive any further. http://www.gokingman.com/day-trip-Hualapai-Mountain-Park We paid $17(website said $8) to dry camp on a tilted road, we were not impressed with the camp attendant(she could have looked the other way, and let us park on the flat, with no hook ups.)

I can not recommend this site to any RV'er. live and learn!!
