Hi All,

Well back on the road again for about 4 to 5 weeks. This trip we are doing a different trip doing different things.

Initially we have stayed for a week in a caravan park near a village called Arrawarra (26kms north of Coffs Harbour) about 3.5 hours south of home and met up with 2 girls that Anne started (in 1969) and finished her nursing training with and their husbands. Old friends both from Wollongong so you can imagine the fun we had, stories told and memories shared. Friends from the Gold Coast also stayed for a few days.

The caravan park is on the beach, has a 9 hole golf course, a restaurant and shop and lotsa wildlife including kangaroos, goannas and a multitude of bird life and all very friendly, one kangaroo even came to help himself off our table with 8 people sitting round it whilst we were having happy hour. Well he was invited to leave.

We have played golf, sat around, walked on the beach, sat around, talked, sat around and then we sat around some more and had fun.

And now this morning we arrived in Grafton to see the Jacaranda trees in all their glory
