1/29/13 - We got a late start and the rest of the Traveleers group left at 9am, we did meet up when they stopped at Santa Claus lane. It was then Lopes, Lobos and we headed to Beaumont Elks Lodge. We did have to make a stop at the Costco in Azusa for a few items and ice cream, then on to Beaumont, where we meet up with the rest of the group. The lodge put on a great pork chop dinner, and after supporting their bar for a while we heading back for a good night’s sleep.

1/30/13 - Up early the next day for our trip to Quartzsite. We made a side trip to the George Patton Museum. This was a great stop. Lots of history and WW2 information and a lot of examples of WW2 items. We arrived about 4pm in Quartzsite. After getting set up Harvey and Bob cooked hamburgers for everyone. They were good. We then set around the fire and relaxed from the long drive here.

1/31/13 - After getting up and having breakfast, we then headed to the vendors area to see what we could not live without. We spent most of the day just looking around. We headed back to the rig to store all the treasures we bought. Hank and Joe fixed Spam burritos, did not sound that good but they were. We set around the fire and listened to stories from past Traveleers trips.
