The younger "residents" of Carefree from Canada organized a hockey game, complete with hockey sticks and goalies. A tennis ball was used as the puck and people were taught how to hold those sticks and hit that ball. But there was no protection for shins besides Bobbi, who found pink shin protectors to wear.
No one was hurt and the house where the Canadians are staying had snacks and drinks at halftime. I learned that this was the second game but through publicity, there were more players and more fans at this game. I expect the free food was another draw!
