Paul's meal

We had an early rise of 6:30 am to roosters crowing. We ate breakfast in a lovely garden cafe. Paul, Debbie & I were driven to a Thai cooking class at Asia Scenic School by Gay Ray for a half day. Gay was a natural, funny teacher. Aa her helper took us to a local market to teach us about all the different kinds of spice, tofu, rice and noodles. Then we had a walk through the school's herb garden. We first made a Welcome Snack that taught us about the 5 different flavours used in Thai cooking. We made stir fries, curries and appetizers. We the ate our creations. What a feast!
