It's been an interesting two weeks. Weather has been sub par and I've had great command of the ship. I am now temporarily staying on the coastal city of Nouakchott, Mauritania in Africa and am exploring much of the city. The city holds about 600,000 people and is persistently growing at a high rate. This is a typical Muslim city, filled with the poor and rich, and living conditions not the greatest for residents. But this all around is a beautiful city comprised of tall buildings and a serene, endless beach. I was able to capture some excellent photos.
