We enjoyed breakfast with the volunteers and then headed to China Creek, and we were swamped! There were people in the parking lot all day! Grant and Kathy had come to share lunch, and we almost couldn’t visit with them for the number of people who stopped by. I guess because yesterday had been such a rainy day, people were out today. We had a good visit with Grant and Kathy, and Jim and Barb came, as well. They visited and then took the dogs for a walk on the beach and looked for agates.

John dropped me at the laundry, and he came back to Bullard’s office to check mail and put away the gallon of blackberries he picked. When he got back, he helped me get the dryers started, and we finished quickly. When we got home, we cleaned the house, cut his hair, prepared the Somemores Blackberry Bars for tomorrow, showered, and walked the loops. What a day – but a good day to enjoy life.
