|Another late wake up, maybe we need to start setting the alarm clock. Luckily everyone has the routine down pretty well and we were on the road by 10:50 today. At least we beat yesterday's time. Our destination today is Grand Island, New York. We stopped for lunch in Pennsylvania, so the kids could remember their time in this great state. This is where Karissa was born, but we weren't anywhere close to where they lived. Though we did talk about the time they lived in PA and tried to retrieve some of their memories. George and Lisa recalled their time in Erie, PA, just 7 weeks ago, which had some good memories, Presque Isle Park and some not so good memories, replacing a flat tire. After lunch we made our way into New York, following along Lake Erie, as we drove into Buffalo. We arrived at our campsite late afternoon and everyone was excited about our nice big site. We'll spend two nights here. The kids and Nana headed off to the pool, a little to cold for Nana, but the kids seem to endure any temperature. George starts getting dinner ready on our nice patio and cooks on the gas grill that is provided, which is much easier then our little camper grill. We all took a nice walk around this very large campground after dinner, then settled into another evening of watching pictures of our time together. We sure have taken a lot of pictures, but they are needed to remind us of all we have seen and done.
