Very nice campsite

Not us, although we are home again in our camper but we are at Stephen Foster Folk Culture State Park in White Springs Florida. He penned over 200 songs and perhaps the one most known is Way Down Upon the Suwannee River(Florida's state song). Funny thing, he never saw the Suwannee but it sounded better to him than what he originally had, the Peedee River. Beautiful grounds here. The world largest Carillon, museum with outstanding moving dioramas showing scenes from his most famous songs like "I dream of Jeanie with the light brown hair". The campground is wonderful with plenty of biking which we took advantage of. For years we have driven by the signs for this park and finally got to stop and we're glad we did. Before our 175 mile journey began we stopped by to visit with our friends Kris and Warren French. Kris is the daugher of Betty Cramer our neighbor in Decatur GA. My first time meeting them and we look forward to seeing more of Kris and Warren when we move to the beach. Enjoy the pics.
