An action packed few days in the Pantanal with our guide Fabiam. We stayed on a farm and slept in hammocks for the few days.
Activities included jungle trekking when we saw monkeys, alligators (there were loads of them), capybaras, toucans, raccoons, hawks & loads of other birds. Highlights include holding a tarantula and seeing an ant eater.
We spent a morning canoeing enjoying the tranquille lowland wetlands that Brazil had to offer and then in the afternoon we went horse trekking. All was going fine until my horse & Luke's got close together and started rearing up and kicking each other, unfortunately Luke got a few kicks from my temperamental horse.
We went Piranha fishing too and Sharna caught the most out of us three (1 fish). The rest of the time we had to ourselves to relax and enjoy the beautiful food that was provided for us, in the evening there would be a camp fire so we would spend our time there.
