Yes the three NOMAD couples split up yesterday. Gary, Charlie and Shirley stayed on campus and made Christmas while Jeannie, Sheri, and I went over a block and landscaped at Desert Winds. Yes it is Christmas here at the TTM campus, decorated trees, sparkling lights and assorted Christmas items are making their way around giving a special holiday feel in the air. While these folks were busy decorating the other trio was getting their hands dirty clipping and pruning around the neighborhood at Desert Winds. This is a low income housing development that has been kept up very nicely. While Sheri and Jeannie clipped I cleaned up a corner lot area where additional transition housing will be going a block up the street. We finished up the evening with an enlightening group activity called Enneagram. This is a personality profile workshop where we find where we fit and how we fit together with others of different personality types. This was part one and we are all looking forward to part two next week. The presentation was given by Jeannie with help of husband Gary. We are really enjoying this mission project and look forward to each day. Enjoy the pics.
