|Still trying to catch up on past days activities. Last Friday night we attended the artist recognition gathering downtown at the Museum. Several of the small bison were on display as well as art & jewelry, all to be auctioned the following day. Our friends Brad & Bonnie (aka the Ramblin' Rangers) were entertaining and several of our other friends were there for a time before leaving to entertain the Governor & his party in the state park. I got a nice pic of them in their 'attire' before they left for their engagement. After snacking a bit, listening to the great music & meeting several of the artists, we headed to the VFW for dinner.
Many of our friends were there & Brad & Bonnie joined us after they were done 'working'. We enjoyed a good dinner downstairs and then joined our friends for a couple of hours upstairs. The ladies were rolling pheromone on to their wrists & it was quite interesting to smell the different aromas, ranging from fruity to flowery. Then it was the guys turn & I don't quite know how to describe their 'aroma's....interesting to say the least, lol!
Saturday & Sunday were full days spent at the arts & craft fair as well as live entertainment all day. Saturday evening Brad & Bonnie arrived at the campground with their trailer for a couple of nights. Sunday we attended the worship service at the park & Sunday evening we had a group of friends over for taco soup & a campfire. We also celebrated Steve's birthday that evening. Monday was the buffalo roundup, we had to leave the house at 5:20am. Oh my! You know that was a tough one for me, lol! Anyway, I'll post a few pics this evening & more soon. We moved our rig today, packed all day yesterday, worked on our Internet service today for 6 hours with no luck (using the campground's service now) & still haven't started to mount the new TV before we can move on. Which was supposed to be tomorrow! Whew, we're both exhausted & can't see any end in sight. Anyway, we'll be moving on soon, heading south toward Arkansas. So keep checking back for updates ok? Thanks, we appreciate all of you faithful readers more than you know!
