The Alaskan Explorer we took out into the Fjords

Beautiful scenery in the Kenai Fjords

The Aialyk Glacier

Today was an "on your own" day, but the biggest majority of us went on a Kenai Fjords National Park cruise. We saw some sea otters, a few porpoises, and a couple of humpback whales. We got up close and personal to the Aialyk Glacier while sitting in the ice field. It was a nice, partly cloudy day, overcast at times, so, overall, very nice. A few stayed at the lodge and did a little hiking, and a couple took a river float where they saw a bear in the river. Everyone is busy getting their bags packed up to head to the ship tomorrow!
