|Friday shaped up to be a rainy day so we geared up our Cape Cod rainy day activities. Actually it became overcast and threatened to rain all day with high winds but no actual rain until the evening. We had a wonderful day taking to the uncrowded (school is still in session in the NE) Rts. 28, 6A and 6 plus back roads. We did some buying, eating and just reminiscing about one of our favorite places of all time. I bought a new Cape Cod sweatshirt, we went to the Cape Cod Natural History Museum in Brewster, had a lobster roll at the famous Arnold's in Eastham, went to Rock Harbor, stopped at the Chatham fish docks where Trevor fell in, and we bought each of us $5 patriotic T's. We capped it off with an 8 PM performance of "An Evening with Lucille Ball", a one woman show tracing the history of Lucy who started out as a starving model. It was an excellent show and an end to an excellent day. Enjoy the pics.
