After an interesting drive over to Chattanooga, TN from Marion, NC (via the Blue Ridge Parkway) we finally arrived and are now set up and ready to begin VCRing the Chapter 42 Rally. They are known as Ken-Tenn (which means Kentucky/Tennessee). It should be a lot of fun with lots of things planned for everyone to do.
You may be wondering why I referred to “an interesting days drive” is while we were in Florida, we made a special effort to take our motorhome back to Gator Ford in Tampa to get the 100,000 mile tune-up. DON'T DO THAT...They not only didn’t put the (dog house) which is the console between the front seats back together properly but today when we began driving we noticed there was no power when going uphill’s, so we had to unhook our Jeep and I drove that separately. Tom said it took all he had to drive the RV today. Glad it is over and we are now parked, hookup and we look forward to a great rally with Chapter 42.
I guess sometime this week we will be taking the RV back to a local Ford Dealer to have the problem fixed.
