The Big Merino Goulburn

Entries from Batemans Bay to Nowra will be entered at a later date. Unfortunately my laptop has shat itself and is away being repaired, this could take up to a months, so I am having to use the old laptop, which is Vista and isn’t compatible with Windows 7 so all the entries I was about to put in my Trip Journal, are in the other format.

13th January. We left Nowra this morning, it was really weird, after paying for a week we extended for another three days, but when we checked out we weren’t charged for the last three days, we don’t know why, we headed to Goulburn, the drive from Nowra was absolutely breathtaking, the roads were steep and winding, the rain forest is amazing there are so many different trees and plants. We drove through the small villages of Kangaroo Flat and Exeter. We arrived at Goulburn at lunchtime and are staying for three nights at the Governor’s Caravan Park, that’s where the poshness stops, it’s a very average CP. After settling in we went into town and visited the tourist info centre, and visited the Soldier’s Club, where we had a drink and I played the pokies for a bit, and lost.
