Trailer Trash?

Today we said goodbye to my cousins in New Mexico and headed further east. Crossing into Texas, we are now back on Central Daylight Time, our eighth time zone change this trip. We started by driving the 30 miles north on I-25 to Albuquerque to turn east on I-40. After leaving Albuquerque, we ascended to just above 7000 ft as we headed east. We also topped out at just over 7000 ft near Santa Rosa, NM. We refueled in the small town of Moriarty and then passed through Santa Rosa, Cuervo, Palomas, Tucumcari, and San Jon in New Mexico and also through Adrian, Vega and Wildorado in Texas before arriving in Amarillo. Tucumcari is home to Mesalands Community College which has a degree program in Wind Energy Technology. We also passed a major wind farm near Vega, TX. We are staying this evening at the Sundown RV Park in Amarillo. Eddi saw the rear of a fifth wheel that she had to take a picture of.
