The drive today took us on the bridge across the Colorado River that has become the north end of Lake Powell. The water levels look way down. Everything looks dry to us – lots of red rock formations. The canyon walls seem to rise abruptly from the waterline. For today’s drive Utah didn’t do a very good job with pull-offs or viewpoints. It’s hard to take pictures while moving.
