Dolores River RV Resort
Our new full hookup campsite
We arrived here at Dolores River RV Resort at about 4:30 pm yesterday and are going to be staying here thru next Monday (7 days). This is a very nice park and we are going to use it as our base while we explore Rt 145 from Cortez to Telluride.
After that we'll be moving to the Ouray KOA for 5 days from where we'll explore Rt 550 from Ridgeway to Durango.
Campgrounds in this area of Colorado are quite pricey, but sometimes you just have to ante up, especially in these really special places.
After that we'll probably move on to the Gunnison/Crested Butte area.
