We finally got to meet the latest addition to the Winger family. We would like to introduce you to Maya's baby sister, Josie Laine. She was one month & 3 days old when we laid eyes on her for the first time. What a precious little thing she is. Maya is getting so big and just talking up a storm. She is a lot of fun to be around. Jeff and Linda brought the girls up to our campground for the day. Grandad, Dad & Maya swam in the pool, while Nancy got to hold Josie. Linda had to make a run to the store for forgotten bottles. It is hard remembering everything needed for two kids. Later we had dinner and spent some time at the playground with Maya. We so enjoyed spending time with all of them.
We are going to stop in Denver on the tail end of our summer adventure in Colorado and see them again. What a difference a couple of months can make in these little ones.
Maya has become such a delightful, funny, smart, polite and talkative little person. Jeff and Linda have done a great job with her. We are very proud grandparents and glad we got to see all of them for a short time.
Jeff headed back to Denver early Monday morning and Linda will stay in Albuquerque with her sisters for three weeks.
Monday morning we had to visit Cummins again because eagle eye Nancy spotted some oil leakage under the engine after we arrived at American RV Park. They quickly determined that it needed a crank seal and fixed it for us while we spent time with Linda and the girls. Another $327 bites the dust!
