Vern & Mary's Excellent RV Adventure travel blog

This morning we got up early to drive down to Visalia to have brunch with the Visalia chapter of the Central Coasters RV Club where we had an opportunity to talk about the Care Center. Visalia is about a seventy mile drive south of here, as we were passing through Fresno we were in fairly heavy traffic doing 65MPH along side of a semi tractor trailer rig when he blew a rear trailer tire, talk about a stress test I thought we'd been had. Turns out the blown tire was on the opposite side of the truck and we were untouched. After our brunch in Visalia we went over to Tulare to see the Agricultural Museum at the World Ag Expo Complex unfortunately they must have been fumigating the place because after ten minutes our eyes were burning so bad we had to leave. We then went to the Tulare County Heritage Museum where they have a very nice display of military uniforms and memorabilia dating back to the American Revolution. When we got back home a number of RV'ers had pulled in, turns out they belong to (BARK) "Basic Agility is Really Kool" which is a dog club that does obstacle courses. I helped a lady across the way park her coach for her because it was her first time out with it. she had three full size poodles that are trained for the show.
