The Presidents table.

It was great to wake up Saturday morning and see the sun shining in through the windshield. After a start like that the day just got better and better. Our co-hosts Scott, Joni, John and Wendy had the coffee ready early and french toast, sausage and the fixings by 9. Plans for the day were set and everyone went their own way for the day. Elizabeth and Alexus live only 8 miles away so they came over. Some went to the craft show on Main Street, some to the Farmers market, some down to the river and others did their own thing. Alexus and I relaxed a little and then went to lunch. We then went to the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum. http://www.carrouselmuseum.org . We learned how they carved and finished the Horses and other animals. We also got to ride on a restored Carrousel as part of the tour. Also bought a puzzle there that several enjoyed trying to put together, you had to make a letter "T" out of 4 different shaped pieces. We had several members past and present stop in and spend some time with us over the weekend and everyone enjoyed seeing them. Dinner was great, Chicken Cattiatore, several kinds of salad, bread, and of course fantastic desserts. After dinner there was time for TV, games, and just chatting. We even had a permit for a recreational fire aka Campfire. But there was little interest as it was pretty nippy out. Bonnie had a missions report to do Sunday morning at church so she left after dinner for home. It was another cold night for sleeping and I sure missed her.
