It was a great morning for deer sightings


We got an early start to our day as we knew it was going to be a 12 hour day exploring the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. This portion of the post is the gorgeous ride up to the Sequoias. It was a beautiful and still morning. There were deer everywhere. I was so excited, but Len finally told me we couldn't stop anymore or we would never get there!

This is just a magnificent part of our country. What a special place to be as we get ready to celebrate the 4th of July.
