We arrived in Singapore without a problem, and are now staying with our friends Brandi and Terry (and Terry's parents Tom and Bernadette - they are over for a visit as well). Nick worked with Brandi back at Health Canada, but any old work gossip is strictly not allowed, as we are on vacation. We've got a week to explore this very clean, very green, (almost like a machine) kind of city. Then we're off to Siem Reap, and Angkor Wat!

So far in Singapore we visited Little India, Chinatown, a few huge malls, Orchard Boulevard (the main shopping district), a local par 3 golf course (just Nick and Tom), and the Singapore Botanical Gardens. We've got plans to hit up lots of more sites over our next five days.
