This is our 6th night here and we are loving it. Went to the Chuckwagon races at the Stampede grounds. That was a real hoot. All horses involved are ex race horses (Thorobreds). Our friends arranged access to the best seats to watch this event. During Stampede Week it is customary for many businesses to put on free breakfast, lunch and dinners. We were able to take advantage of these offerings along with Murray and Patti. The Canadians really know how to put on a feast and party hardy. Every where we went something was going on related to the Stampede theme.

July 13

Taking a short side trip to Okotoks, AB. Friends Wayne and Edyie Smith have a RV lot in the area and we want to take a look at it. We visited them the other day along with Murray and Patti for a wonderful rib dinner.
