Tony drove me the 45 minutes or so form their palce in Denmark to the city of Albany. I checked into a backpackers for the first time since my first day in Australia and had to readjust myself to the travel scene. It wasn't that difficult, but I had planned to rent a car to explore a bit more around the region and then drive back to Perth, but as it was the high season, there were no cars available, and if there were, the drop-off fee was almost $300.
So I spent a day and half walking the town and ejoying some of the cafes. The weather also turned which made exploring some of the hikes around the area less appealing as well.
Given that, I booked a bus ticket for the next day to head up to Bunbury.
