You guessed it!

Bored yet?!

How about now?

Trust me you're getting about 10% of the photos of sunsets we...

I'd like to say this was the last one, but I'd be...

A Pelican to relieve your boredom!

Here we go again!

Ever get the feeling of deja vu?

Did I mention we bought new cameras?!

Last one, for now.

17th Nov - Left Finch Hatton at 8am and after a quick detour to BCF in Mackay to sort out our faulty tent we got back on the highway. Finally arrived in 1770 just before sunset which was a good job as the sunset was absolutely stunning! Went to 1770's only eaterie for dinner (Saltwater cafe)and then all flaked out!

18th Nov - We were hoping to schedule a trip out to the beautiful Lady Musgrove island tomorrow but unfortunately it was fully booked and we weren't going to swim! Went for a look around Agnes Water (1770's big sister) and then went down to the beach at Agnes Water, Queenslands most northerly surf and more importantly, stinger free!! Iain and Paolo did a spot of body surfing and wave jumping whilst Fiona indulged in sun worship! Paolo and Fiona took a leisurely stroll along the huge but almost deserted beach. Back to 1770 for another awesome sunset and then out to the 'Saltwater' cafe for dinner again (they were full but Paolo managed to blag us a table!).

19th Nov - Iain and Paolo played golf on the 9-hole course at 1770, before stepping on the 1st tee it warns of snakes in the rough, hence neither of them went looking for their ball after a bad shot!! Following the golf they both hired surf boards to have a go at the national pastime, must've been very amusing for the locals! Meanwhile Fiona was having a peaceful day on her own, wandered down to the beach at 1770 and foundd her own private area of beach between rocks and the headland. Iain and Paolo met Fiona back at the tent, the boys were both knackered from their attempts at surf, Iain managing to actually stand up on the board for a grand total of 2 seconds! In the evening we had a steak dinner in the camp kitchen, great as usual.

Paolo and Fiona have fallen in love with 1770 and Agnes Water, it ticks every box on their wish list and with the development which is getting underway next year it could be the perfect place to settle. Love it, love it, love it!!
