Entering the 13 km Confederation Bridge

The drive from PEI to New Brunswick!

Well, the four of us weren't really Anne of Green Gables enthusiats, so we opted for a bike ride along the coastline by Cavendish. The red soil was amazing against the blue skies. Breathtaking. Andrea was recovering from a cold/flu so a stop for poutine* was the best medicine for her depleted energy levels.

* Poutine is chips/fries with gravy and melted cheese curds. Yummy!

After that big day out, we took in a ceildih - PEI style and ran for cover from the mosquitos!

From PEI, we crossed the 13 km Confederation Bridge to Moncton, New Brunswick and dropped sister Deanna and Csaba off at the airport.
