Well, time to get ready for our show...See you there!

So, picking up where we left off yesterday photo wise. Hope you are enjoying the Homestead as much as we did! Lots of interesting stuff and sure did bring back a lot of good memories. Todays' pics include chickens and a shot of their garden which is where they get all the fresh eggs and produce that they serve in the Cookshack each day.

It also includes a couple of photos of the actors and actresses in the two plays we attended at the Post Playhouse. We were not allowed to take any photos while inside the Playhouse but I arranged to have a few emailed to me by the Artistic Director, Mr. Tom Ossowski. Thank you Tom, I appreciate that very much. I really wanted Mom to see the pink dress 'Patsy Cline' wore in one of her acts. My grandmother had one just like it in yellow. And, Mom has always been a Patsy fan. If you happen to get in the Ft Robinson/Crawford area I highly recommend that you take in at least one of the live theater productions. Each lasts approximately two hours with a short intermission between Acts. The singing, dancing, comedy & drama were all superb and all performances feature a live band. Excellent!!!!

And lastly, I'm so sorry we missed you this time Becky (owner of Perennial Haus Floral Espresso). We enjoyed visiting your place and checking things out while you were gone! And, I'm glad everyone else got to come by the next morning for one of your delicious caramel rolls. So bummed about that one, lol!

Well, that's it for now. Tomorrow Larry's sister Bonnie arrives from Vegas to spend a week with us! Yayyyyy, we are so excited. It will be her first experience with Gold Discovery Days and that makes for a jam packed weekend for sure. We'll also be line dancing, attending the Grand Magic Show, eating out, listening to great music and the list goes on. Life is good and we are blessed!!! Have a great evening everyone...
