Before leaving Durango, we had breakfast at the KOA. On the weekends they offer “omelets in a bag”. The made- to-order omelets were placed in a bag and dropped in a boiling pot of water to cook. We’ll have to observe next time – something new for us, but they were good.

Our friends, Dick and Karen (and their dog, Patches) met us at the campground in Moab. They had dinner all planned and treated us to a steak cookout. The three dogs enjoyed playing together.
