A rainy misty day on the glacier

From Punakaiki, we headed to Fanx Josef to see onf the two glaciers that snake down from the highlands to just above the rain forest. It was spectacular, and I suppose even moreso in the sun. YM and I signed up for a day walk on the glacier which was great for the first few hours, but after that, the incessant rain conjured up images of Shackleton as we schlepped up and down the crevasses or ice.
