Caught me cooking dinner!

Hello again from BC!

Home again.....

We stopped at Ikea and picked up an extendable kitchen table. We took the old table out and left the Ivar shelving against the wall under the windows. Then Peter built the table and we placed it in our dining room. This table will extend to give us room to have extra people sitting for dinner when we pull out both leaves. We have been looking at this and debating on whether we will get it for about a year. So, we finally decided we would buy it and change the look of our dining area. I took reno photos so we can remember years from now!! LOL.

For Peter's birthday March 30 Dee and Robin took us both out for lunch at a local restaurant. Luckily it was nice weather and we were able to sit out back on the patio area. Had a great visit and lunch with the girls...thank you both so much.

The beginning of April brought some really nice weather and we planted the geraniums in the planter. I also put the roses we had outside - hopefully they will survive!! Now we just need some longer warm spells and a bit less of the winds and we can put up the new gazebo we purchased at Jysk in Nanaimo.

Till later Peter & Connie
