Nancy and I left Tortilla Campground Monday to return to Mesa to restock and attend to some chores, but returned the next morning by 8:30 am to nail down our current new site. The people leaving the site had been there for 4 months and were moving on that day. Far and away this is the best site in the campground and we wanted it badly. We got it, moved the Dutch Star and then returned to Mesa.

This morning we returned to spend the next four, maybe five days here, as both of us really like it here. It's partly sunny, cool, and very windy today, but is supposed to be sunny and in the 80's throughout the rest of our visit.
