Another busy day of touring: We stopped at the Farmer's Market and picked up some fresh veggies and acquired some local "art". We then went to a tour and poetry lecture at the Robert Service cabin. After that we toured the Dredge No. 4; it was a gold mining dredge used in the 50's, a flood in 1959 tipped the dredge over and the mining was ceased at that time because of the cost to get the dredge up and running again. Later in the evening, we drove up the dome road to "The Midnight Dome" and took some pictures over looking the city; this is a place that the locals came to celebrate the summer solstice back in the day.
