Greg's 2007 Odyssey travel blog

Larry got up around 7 AM and cooked Kiley & me breakfast. While he took her to tennis practice at the Cody H. S., I loaded the SUV on its trailer and got the coach ready for travel.

When he returned, we said our goodbyes and I was off. He headed for the property to continue getting his hay baled.

The drive to Billings was easy, smooth and fast. I was quite early, so I stopped at the Yellowstone River Park, just south of Laurel for a couple of hours. I parked under some large trees and opened the windows and enjoyed the cool breeze.

I then headed to COSTCO in Billings, did my planned shopping and waited in their parking lot for Rita's call saying that she was ready for pickup. I left the lot at the planned plane arrival time so that I was enroute while she was retrieving her luggage. It worked out well. She called when I was 5 minutes away from the airport.

We got her on board and headed east on I90 to Hardin, MT for the night's layover.
