Windshield shots form our trip from Big Spring Farm to Lake Raystown

We finished a great family week end at Big Spring Farm this afternoon. The weather was great with warm sunny days and cool nights. Everybody hit the road this afternoon just before the rains came. If you forgive the proud Grandpop, the pictures today are mostly Finn and family. Hope you enjoy them.

Sue and I changed location from the farm to Lake Raystown Resort and Conference Center about 100 miles northeast. We traveled along US 30, the Lincoln Highway much of the way so there were lots of hills (see windshield shots with Truckers warning for 9% down hill grade). It was foggy and rained most of the way. Luckily it stopped when we got to Lake Raystown long enough to get Winnie settled in to our site. As I was taking Winnie’s picture the deluge came. It looks like we are in for rain most of the night. It should be good for sleeping. I start with the energy audit in the morning. We’ll be here for about 3 weeks. I hope it’s long enough because the place is huge. Stay tuned.
