Jennifer arranged for us (and a couple other volunteers) to go to a cooking lesson. Within the restaurant you picked form the menu what you wanted and they took you up stairs so you can cook it.

Ric chose a banana leaf starter with Chicken and lemon sauce main, Jen went for chicken spring rolls starter and a beef Khmer curry main. There was also a joint dessert call ed Sticky rice and mango, which is exactly as it sounds.

It was all good fun making the food, and all the food went down ok. Not all of it was eaten, but we had all made it, so we were damn well gonna try it.
