Ken, Jane, Mary & Frank at fishfry

We had another nice lazy day at the campground, then in the afternoon we drove to our friend's relative's cabin on the Kenai River for their annual fish fry. Thank you so much to Mary & Frank for inviting us, and Mary's wonderful brother & sister-in-law, Jim & Margaret Ann for extending their hospitality to us. We met a lot of nice and interesting people, and the food was wonderful!! We got home (our camper) about 10 pm, it was a mostly cool & cloudy day, and now it's raining again. Mary & Frank are flying home to Mpls. tomorrow, and we plan to leave for the Anchorage area...leaving the Kenai Peninsula for the last time...mixed feelings about this as it has become a very familiar and comfortable place for us...kind of weird, I know!
