Remember Rochester calling Jack Benny? Then you will also recall Jack stopped counting his birthdays at 39. Well today is our 39th wedding anniversary and we will continue to count. As is today, it was a Saturday in Geneseo NY with all our college friends, families and out of town guests gathered at the United Methodist Church. That day remains one of the three best days of my life. As you have read over the past year plus of blogging the other two are the birthdays of our children. Darci, John, Shirley and I packed a picnic lunch and had a very nice time at the Griffin City Park. Then John took us on a tour of the areas of Griffin we had never seen. Shirley started out geocaching but got waylaid and just did more sight seeing while I listened to the Braves loose their 5th in a row. Shirley capped the evening by watching a video with John's mother Malone. We are ready to go but can't leave until my follow up doctor appointment Tuesday. So we are in for the holiday weekend. At least we have a place to camp. This is the ONLY weekend we were not able to find a campground last year. Enjoy the pics.
